If there’s ever an issue with your order — whether it’s damaged, missing, or not quite right — please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving it at [insert your email address]. Include your order number and a brief description (photos help too).

Because our products are perishable, we can’t accept returns, but we’ll always do our best to make things right — whether that means a replacement, credit, or another fair solution.

We love hearing from our customers! Whether it’s feedback, a compliment, or a suggestion, your input helps us grow and improve.

Delivery & Shipping

We make each batch of butter, jam, and bread fresh to order — so please allow us a little time to do it right.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

  • Local deliveries (Cape Town area): Usually within 1–2 days after dispatch.

  • National deliveries: Typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on the courier and your location.

  • Delivery fees: Calculated at checkout based on your area.

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, once it leaves our kitchen, delivery timelines and handling are subject to the courier’s schedule. If there are any delays, we’ll communicate with you and help resolve the issue promptly.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the provided address. We cannot take responsibility for spoiled goods if the delivery is delayed due to an incorrect address or an unattended delivery location.
