Once you have placed your order, we will contact you with a payment link or banking details.

Based on your location, we will send your products using a local courier such as Aramex, Pudo or PostNet. Please note we will do everything we can to get your products to you and fresh and safe as possible but cannot accept any liability for delays or product damage in transit.

All pre-orders will be shipped/delivered within the first 3 days after our 1 December 2025 launch.
